I'm going with double in the LF corner, not where the left fielder is, and that the SS is out for the cutoff as there appears to be a runner leaving second base. Also notice the 2B going to cover the bag as the runner rounds first.
I'd say the ball stayed up for a bit. The runner turning second appears to be less than halfway despite the fact the batter is already making the turn toward 2nd.
At first, I thought it may actually be a homer, as the guy in the yellow shirt in the front row is standing as if to see where the ball landed, and the first baseman isn't doing anything with urgency, but the left fielder is in the vicinity of the corner rather than near the wall.
The shortstop is also making a b-line for the third base side of the field to relay any attempt at home.
